Stephen Adams

Stephen founded Ashford Painting with a goal to provide superior craftmanship and to ensure an exceptional customer experience. In high school, Stephen worked for a fencing company, where he gained an appreciation for hard work and he became interested in the construction industry. This led him to earn his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University. He joined Manhattan Construction Company and completed multiple projects across the Southeast from high schools to automotive assembly plants. Stephen then joined one of the largest commercial and industrial painting and construction services firms in Atlanta and was directly responsible for creating and managing budgets and schedules, supervising and coordinating construction activities, while maintaining lasting customer relationships. During this time, Stephen also became a licensed General Contractor in the state of Georgia. These experiences all led him to start Ashford Painting with the belief that he could build a company focused on offering the most superior painting experience and highest-level of customer satisfaction.   In addition to leading Ashford Painting, Stephen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is a devoted Atlanta United FC fan. Stephen attends Brookhaven Presbyterian Church and has served on the community board of Ashford Park Elementary School and proudly supports Global Paint for Charity.
